The article must not have been published elsewhere and must be an original paper. In a first step, it will be checked whether the topic of the paper is appropriate for the conference and complies with the conference requirements. If the conditions and requirements are met the editorial board will accept the registration.
In the second stage following the upload of the full paper two members of the Reviewers committee make an initial assessment of the scientific relevance of the article and nominate reviewers to produce an expert opinion.
A double-blind peer review takes place, involving two reviewers (per article) with expertise in the specific domain that is being addressed.
Materials are awaiting publication according to their order on the publishing list.
